The ND-YAG laser is a laser that uses a neodymium (Nd) doped aluminum yttrium garnet (YAG) crystal. Q-switch is a method of obtaining a pulsed laser mode. With Q-switch, the laser is operated in pulsed mode. Nd-YAG offers a number of different techniques and technologies that allow the use of a single laser module for the removal of all facial and body pigmentation.
